You were told the warranty does not tranfer from the original owner. At the rate that a turbo spins, if there was a problem with assembly it would fail as soon as you start the car up. There is a problem somewhere else or a mishap during install to make it fail. We gave you the best possible solution for your friend.

i'll be buying an e1 or e2 after x-mas
