If you've got 3-wire sensors, it would be relatively straightforward. The EMS is looking for a 0-5V signal for the EGT (they are expecting you to use their EGT sensor), so your regular 2-wire thermocouple sensors won't work. The EMS does not have a specific sensor setup for the oil pressure, but if you had a 3-wire sensor you could probably wire it up and use a spare input such as the O2 #2 input to log the voltage.
