i called em and i think the turbo builder didnt want to help me out .. he said the wastegate i have on the 16g the stock on is good for over 18 pounds.. bullshit i suppose sine iam only at 16 pounds and iam maxed out on wastgate.. so DO u guys no the exact name for the wasegate so i can give him a idea of what wastegate it is that i need .. for my 16 g iam looking for at least a 18 pound hold... or 17 .. i hold 14 at redline
who ever told you that doesn't know what they are talking about
. the stock wga that the kits come with allow you to boost 24+psi. Mopar_man ran his like this for over 6 months without any issues. you just need a bc to turn the boost up
When I ordered my 20G I was given the option of 2 wga's...one with a 10lb spring and one with a 16lb spring, which is the one I got. You probly have the 10 pounder, which should still do 20+ lbs with a decent boost controller like Mike said. I wouldn't buy another wga until you get something to turn up the boost.
yea thats what i will do. get a boost controller and see what happens. what kind should i use the manual or elctronic, iam want to use the maual one i dont want to fuck with electronics anymore
