Brian I forgot where yours is leaking from... do you recall? Another friend of mine I think has your same TB and we figuered out his leak is coming from the TPS, the o-ring is not sealing or has just worn out. Were going to get another o-ring and see if it cures the problem. If so his TB will have zero leaks. I think its just tackling the minor things to help these TB's seal correctly. But then again I don't recall where your leak is coming from... I do know its leaking.
I can't pinpoint exactly where it is, you'd have to ask dan. But if I had to take a guess I'd say you're 100% right on. That o-ring was part of the leak fix that aaronneon posted about for these tb's. The only thing I've done to modify the tb was change the idle screw and cut the spring a bit so that it would clear the tranny b/c that was hitting it and also preventing anything else from lining up. If that fixes his problem let me know, i'll go out and get one, I just haven't been thinking recently, I'm so pissed about my dtec evena fter trying to fix it yetserday that I haven't put any thought into the tb, but let me know
