4)keep you personal matters exactly that personal, and keep others personal matters personal. Gossip and shit talk should be reserved for the women. I feel the only time details like people drinking to much and all that non sense should be talked about in person while working on cars.
5)Not always but sometimes just stop talking instead of always trying to get that last word in. That is what keeps alot fo this stuff going is people always fighting for the last statement.

x2 on that one. i barelly know you john and not to get on your bad side or cause more drama, but i will NEVER buy a product from ptp just based on what i read on the forums and i am not talking about what people say about them i am talking about how you as a person handle the people who are around you. a mature serious buisnessman would be the bigger man and would not waste their time with the bull shit that goes on on these forums. when you get over involved in things or when you personal attack someone whether it is provoked or not it just makes me second guess what your reaction would be if a product of yours is not all that you say it is or if somethings goes wrong with it. it makes me wonder whether you will back it up or if you will become angry and defensive like you do in some posts.
like i said, your a nice guy and i have no problem with you. but giving away my money to someone that post such things as you do makes me very hesitant and nervous. hopefully this will all blow over and can all be made right and a respectful name can be brought back to PtP.
