Default Info please

I have installed a mopar stage 3 clutch with throw out bearing. The car will not go into gear unless the car was off. I did some research here and ordered new fork, clips, ball clip.Took the tranny out inspected fork...worn out.Inspected clutch assembly ok.made sure cables were not crossed. Reinstalled clutch, bled system. The car will not go into gear. Used a lift put it up in the air the car will go into all gears, put the vehicle down hard to get the vehicle into first and second gear, and reverse. 90% of the time I have to turn off the vehicle in order to put it in reverse. If I turn off the vehicle it goes into all gears smoothly.when the car is on and I finally put in first it idles rough.I was wondering if I can get some imput. This never happened with the stock clutch.I did also replace the slave cylinder
