The Evo 9's have top end, 8's have top end WITH MODS, and it depends on the mods to because otherwise they still can't do rolls, without cams or a race tune or meth.

Its not bench racing it is proven. You beat boosties by a car, I beat him by 2. Although with your race tune and meth I think you will beat me.

13.01 in a modded Evo doesn't impress me, I'm hoping for mid 13's on street tires.
