Even if you wouldn't have had bald tires, I'd be willing to wager you still wouldn't get 13.0 with 250whp.. not at Cali Speedway on FWD..
I had $50 in mods and ran that time, mine is an 03 too no limited slip! You say two ends of the spectrum, ok.. but what did you run when you were stock with $50.00 worth of mods into your car??
