I think the dealer didn't want the owner to have too much pleasure from both ends of the spectrum, so he must've tweaked some values in the ECU to restrict the EVO's topend... No matter, nothing that a little tuning can't fix..

I got 13.05@105mph (California Speedway) with 274awhp. When you beat it, I'll run the car down the track again (in Dallas)..Hopefully that won't be till next year sometime..
