But seriously, talk to me about electronic boost controllers. How are the ones that are out there? Do they do everything you want? Can you set up different boost levels in each gear? Can you have it do automatic traction control based on the rear wheel speed sensor? Do they work with the stock vacuum setup and only simple wiring changes?

Some have the ability to set up boost levels in each gear, although some of THOSE require external switching. Boost controllers that come to mind are DTEC, s-avc, eBoost. Not always the easiest to figure out, though.
Traction control = no. I'd love one that did this, assuming you're talking an ability similar to the TCS?

Can you install 2-step, too?
right now I have a WOT box, which I'm very excited to get to the track with. If I also had traction control, a 2-step, and the ability to have lower boost in first and second gear.....well, I'd probably just explode with happiness.
