I just called that number and talked to a customer service rep - they were extremely friendly and helpful. They don't have the SRT-4 listed in their database, only the regular Neon for which the correct bulb is the 9145.

They took my name and started the process to get me a new bulb, all I have to do now is take it out of the car and mail it to the address they gave me. If you guys blew one I'd call the number and do the same. I'm probably going to take both bulbs out and mail them in together with a letter asking for the new bulb design whenever it comes out.

Good company to deal with so far, I'm happy even though I bought a defective product.
