I dont think you'll have any issues with the first question, as there is a clutch upstop interlock switch that the WOT box uses for reference. So any time that switch is depressed (i.e., any movement from full out), the WOT box will function like normal.
But, the AEM EMS deal makes me want to think it's not going to work, since somehow the factory upstop switch is bypassed.
Could be wrong though.
