Default Strange?

It had been sitting for an hour and I checked it and the lamp is stuck on. Can't turn it off so I pulled the fuse and put back in. It started blinking as before and stopped. I was able to turn off/on. Put the key on, not running as before and held down the button for 5 seconds. It blinked twice. Now it can turn on/off. It seems OK now. Not sure why it acted strange before. I did the exact same procedure this time as the first? I saw in previous posts of a software bug. Maybe still there in a different way??
