Or if you still have a stock or Stage 1 computer you could reinstall that since it will work with the S2 injectors. It'll run a little richer but the injectors are only about 18% bigger than stock and the computer will be able to adapt and pull that excess fuel out using the long-term fuel trims. If you wanted to play it really safe after doing that you could also turn the boost down using the S2 WGA adjustment or run a new vacuum line directly from the intake manifold or the compressor outlet to the WGA which would limit you to minimum attainable boost (i.e. WGA spring tension or about 7-8 psi on a S2 WGA set to 4mm pre-load).
