It wouldn't be much to port the compressor cover to 51 mm +.5mm/-.2mm. But those are ROUGH specs. Any machine shop familier with turbo work could do it. FBM, FnF, PTP, *AGP, and such.
*IMO best choice.
And while your at it. Get a fab shop to bend up an exhaust manifold for an external gate and equal length. That's where the power will be!
