Try putting a 10 or 12 AMP fuse in it and see what happens. I can tell you the 7A fuse is the same one that everyone else has, so I am stumped.

I can plug the main 12v power in fine, but it's once I plug the pump wire in that it shorts.

I understand, maybe your pump is bad. I have never seen this issue. Well once a guy with a WRX had a problem with blowing fuses like you, but his pump was 2 years old.

IF your convinced its the pump, please send it back and let me take care of it. The thing thats odd, all the pumps are tested from the factory but I guess its still possible.

I don't know, I got some 10A fuses, and now when I plug the wire into the bottom terminal the pump comes on and stays on, I am not blowing fuses anymore, but nothing is spraying, is it supposed to be spraying?
