Checked fuse again and sure enough it was blown. So I replaced it, unpluuged wires at the pump, turn ignition to on, then plugged in main 12v power, then plugged in pump power on the bottom terminal, I heard the pump start up but only for 2 seconds or so then it stopped, checked the fuse and it's blown.

The fuse it came with from CM was 7A, I got an 8A slow blow which is the one that blew, on the pump side it says 10a slow blow... so I don't know. What can cause the fuse to keep blowing?
