i have been going back and forth with this and stg3. it seems to me though that with my stg2 and this sst v2, it is kind of like stg3, just cheaper.

just wondering about a new exhaust mani too? i'm REALLY worried about sky rocketing egt's with the v2. i wont be retarded with my boost, i will lean out the v2 to where i'm 11ish afr's on the stg2 pcm and stg2 injectors.
v1 was the 11.9x car. With the new manifold you will have nothing to worry about as far as EGT's go. We will have the v2 and Intimidator on a stage 3 car here very soon so we will have dyno numbers up to compair SST I-manifold vs stage 3 set ups.
cant wait for that mani, the installs gonna have to wait another week or 2 after that thought, im goin to PA for work for 9 days, but after that im gonan take a few days off and get that thing on the car.
for shits and giggles the otherday i hit the hom button (using 93 octane) ya i know prally a dumb idea but i was curious as to how the car would react. it was like hittin a 50 shot of nitrous, for the 3/4 of 2nd gear it held. It was proally detonating cuz i got kicked out pretty fast, and i heard a little bit of a rattle noise from the engine area. Not gonna try that one again. Once i get the intimiator and 3" o2 housing on the thing should pull prett hard, gonna get some track time in too and dyno time. once i get the mani in im gona go to the track w/it and then have it dynoed.
