Well mine has the MS2 extra....on the bottom of the box it doesnt have anything marked by MS I or MS II...the 3rd blank down it has MS2-Extra marked....cant remember the version # off hand...029V?

Edit....here is what it says from my order....

1 x MegaSquirt v3.0 ECU for 420A Engine
- MAP Sensor: 4.0-bar (44 psig)
- Upgrade to MegaSquirt II: Standard MS-I Controller

So it has the MS2 extra marked on the back of it....I am guessing I have it on the new board just needing the cpu now?

regardless of what you have, you'll probably get charged $90 for the upgrade anyway
