hahn calls for the map to be clamped at 3.96 volts.. which is equivalent to ~12.9psi of boost (if i remember correctly).... the portfueler reads vacuum/boost and rpm.... once it sees 15.0psi and above, the injectors start sptting fuel based on the psi and rpm....

yes sir you did, thanks very much,and my clamp ranges from 3.88-3.98, it just fluctuates when the car is idleing or running.......
