I'm not entirely sure I understand all your acronyms, but if you are asking if the stock boost gauge has problems, the answer is yes, in almost all of the cars. It never sits on zero, at least, very rarely as far as I've seen. Mine is in the vacuum at about 5 also.

There are some very nice aftermarket electric and mechanical gauges, I'm too lazy to do the search for them, but just put 'boost gauge' in the search function and you'll find them.
