Def a little concerned here. My I-Pod is "supposed" to be brand new and black with a box and a installation CD and Ipod ear buds included. I will judge that when ever it shows up. Keep in mind this is going on over two weeks and I live in the same state! I asked you to send it UPS and instead you sent it USPS which I found odd. The proof is in the pudding as they say, so we will see what transpires when it arrives.
