One of the things that seperates our progressive controller from others on the market are the software functions. Using our software you can run the system in "special control mode". This allows you to use multiple inputs. In Brians case he was having perfect flow at high boost, but too much at low boost. One solution would be to set it to come on at a certain throttle position. Since the TPS is a 0-5V, its simple to tell the unit what voltage to come on at and then create a map using boost as the progressive input.
