I believe it is just 4oz. of the Friction Modifier that is needed with the Mopar ATF+4. Mopar has the friction modifier.
I would also recommend Amsoil Slip-Lock Differential Additive (ADA)
and Amsoil Synthetic Universal Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF)
if you can get Amsoil products.

The Amsoil Slip-Lock is a friction modifier.

Either route you go, just use the 4oz bottle with the 2-2.3quarts of ATF tranny fluid.
