There's your problem. The MAP wire must be
CUT in two when installing a DTEC or SAFC. It controls fuel by modifying this signal.
Make sure to reconnect the MAP signal wire. If this doesn't correct the problem, let me know.
Edit: The MAP signal wire should be the Dark Green/Red wire in the orange connector at the PCM.
