The nitrous kit really doesn't care whether you have an auto or manual.. infact it won't even know the difference. You spray the same either way, the only difference is that you don't have to shift, or lift off the throttle, so it'll be spraying the whole time. As long as your RPM is still inside of the window after an upshift, it'll keep spraying.
Almost all nitrous kit manufacturers recommend using any auto trans when using nitrous anyway. Nitrous causes clutches to slip and axles to break on a manual.
