PTP's is held together with bolts not rivits and you can keep the LW flywheel and not have to purchase a whole unit again when the clutch's life wears out.
mopar- purchase the flywheel and clutch together as one every time
PTP- purchase the flywheel once and next time you order all you have to purchase is the clutch (saves on shipping and everything)
of course we are talking about when they do wear out
