Go to the auto parts store rather than hardware store. Auto parts ussualy have harder bolts. Specially if you dont know what to look for. As far as torque.....I don't know the spec but all I did is bottom out the bracket then tightened it about 15-20 ft/lbs and it was fine. Oh I know you gonna like it and drool at how flat the car will be.

By the way...what struts are you running? Do you have the Illuminas?
