i believe on thursday night a silver stock looking drove by my work around 5:45pm in the target in clairemont. i work at the firestone on the corner. then there was another one, on the 5 south, i was heading north, i think it was thursday morning around h street. then again on H street there is this black one that almost cut me off and was blowing off like a mad man. but i forget when that happened.
