I see knock at 10psi and still see 6-8 counts of knock to redline on my aeroforce guage. I have a 50/50 water injection mixture and am running 93 octane with all supporting mods. I also have stage 2 pcm so that may have something to do with it. I dont know what the timing is at...was paying more attention to the knock. When I get my clutch situation figured out I will be able to do more...like changing the meth/water mixture, turning boost down, etc. I heard a few degrees ok knock is ok, but over 8 is where yuo need to let off. What I am really wondering is why do I see like 5 degrees of knock at only 10psi. My first nozzle for water/meth kicks on at 7psi and the second comes on at 17.

What are your other mods??
Aeroforce interceptor guage
Piggyback?
how much are you pulling?
Knock sensor going bad maybe?

The Aeroforce dosent ready timing really, that sucks :0)
Have you flow checked your w/i? you should not be getting any KR at 10psi what are the temps were you live? really really cold or no?

how much are you pulling?
Not sure on the timing...I was concentrating more on the knock.

Knock sensor going bad maybe?
Not sure, but when I get the car back on the road I will be dumping some high octane in the car to see what happens.

The car is on a lift while I await a new clutch and flywheel from CM to come in. Once the new stuff comes in and I am able to break it in I will put some race gas in the car to see if I still get knock. It very well could be a bad knock sensor, but I didnt get any knock at all before. I had the stage 2 injectors in the car....was running 17.5psi to redline with 27-28 degrees of timing and no knock. I went ahead and put the 750cc injectors in the car and started tuning. Ended up so far with pullnig 26% of my fuel out globally and adjusting the map...needs more tuning of coarse, but thats where I am at.

by pulling 26% globally you are lowering the amount of boost that the pcm can see and therefore increasing timing. high timing w/ a bigger turbo is going to give knock.
