If you have access to the DRBIII, then yeah, you're 'brings VIN and PIN should be all you need, IF, the PT PCM will accept them. I don't know how much is programmed in as far as looking for check digits to make sure that a PT VIN is being programmed. It may be that only PT VIN's are allowed. I don't know anyone familiar enough with the programming to ask. You could try Stephanie at Flight Systems, just to she if she can give you info. I know she'll tell you they won't do it, but that's different from they CAN'T do it, ya know? Other than that, just give it a try.....
