Yes I did but the 500 miles should be good since you are stock turbo. 1000 miles would be better if you can refrain that long. 3rd gear pulls for a few weeks should be about it and then when you feel that the clutch is grabbing good and consistant then you can go down to 2nd gear pulls. 1st gear will be ready after you have the 1000 miles on it or if you feel that 500 is good and the clutch is consistant with engaugement and pedal quality then you can try it. Minumum is 500 miles but I like to double that if not triple it "if" you can stay out of the go pedal long enough.
