Send a PM to Ed (ptc01), I believe that picture is from his upgraded stage3 and he had it done somewhere locally by a person who's not a forum vendor.
yup...he and Tex are the only other people i know (besides myself) to have different than stock S3 wheels (mods to S3 turbo)...
...pct01 has an upgraded compressor wheel (16G or 20G?) and clipped turbine wheel
