Default DC cat back problem

Hey guys, hoping you can help since you now own DC.
I bought a DC cat back and had it on the car for less than 1 year. The resonator came apart on the back cone where it joins to the resonator body. I called several times and could not get through to your tech line. Needless to say I had it repaired on my wallet locally. Now the resonator pipe INSIDE the resonator broke and pulle dout of the resonator. I have the mid section of the exhaust with the perforated pipe from inside the resonator on the end and you can see where it has snapped. I called a couple of times and still have not been able to speak to someone. I need to get this taken care of since this cat back caost me a ton and didn't even last a year.
I either need a new resonator or a whole new mid section. I don't mind paying to get the resonator welded onto the mid pipe locally if you don't want to send a whole mid pipe, but something should be done since this problem should not have happened and is indeed a defect.
please let me know how to proceed
Jay
