I've got the Progress bars. 27mm solid front and 24mm solid 3 way adjustable rear. On the softest setting in the rear the car trail brakes nicely. Light braking in the middle of a turn brings the rear around nicely, same with throttle lift. And on the stiffest setting it makes for oversteering madness that is an absolute blast (if you expect it). Might be a little too much for the street on the stiffest setting. They came with bushings and hardware (heim joints for the rear).
