KUMHO ECSTA ASX

Well, I just got them when I bought a set of rims (KMC Redline Hotwheel). The tires are used with about 1k miles on them. I was a little skeptical of going with such a large tire but decided to give them a try anyway.
The old tires were the stock KDW's that I stretched out to just over 19k miles. The first impression was WOW. I couldn't get over how quiet they are compared to the stockers. With the old tires I felt like I was driving a truck because of all the noise. The Kumho's seem to ride real nice. They do tend to feel maybe a little soft but that might be due to them being so much bigger. Today I leaned on them by taking onramps a little hard and was very pleased with the results.
really, so far so good. The only real difference I notice is that the car tends to track under hard takeoffs or stopping. It seems to pull to the right taking off and to the left when downshifting. I am unsure what that is. It could be being a 235 tire on uneven roads or alignment. I do plan to have it aligned again even though I just had it done a few months ago.
I don't have any racing baselines with the old to compare with the Kumhos. I am just talking about basic street driving. I was lookin for something that would ride not as harsh and have decent grip. So far so good. I'll try to repost when I get a few thousand miles on them.
