Had this issues on a few of the prototypes. Make sure that you hooked up to the right power wire on the PCM.

Yeah I double checked all my connections before putting everything back together. I even had the pin otu digrams from the service manual. I think it may be an issue with my usb to serial adapter. Some work batter than others. From reading datlogging forums aparently some will not work at all. I will try a differant adapter.
