i know this is an old post but if you go to Fitzgerald Dodge in Frederick, your fucking nuts. My last car they broke the drivers door handle, attempted to charge me. Wasn't broke when i took it in. Took it in for a headgasket replacement under warrenty. I had some Splitfire spark plugs sitting on the pass floor i was gonna return 'cause i heard they sucked. They installed them without my asking. Then told me I should not be using them 'cause they sucked. So they uninstalled them and charged me for new plugs when i just replaced them the weekend before the headgasket recall. After driving home from the HG replacement the #3 plug blew out. They stripped out the plug hole and I had to have it towed. After one week of fighting with them to fix it for free since they screwed it up they agreed to fix it labor free but i had to pay for parts. A new fucking head and gasket set. I should have gotten a lawyer. Young and dumb. Tom was the service writer. He's a fucking shister. I took the car in this year w/255,000 miles on it to make sure all recalls were done. He saw me and said man, you still have that car? No num nuts. I think he remembers me 'cause I was gonna run his ass over after he fucked me for the HG 10 yrs ago. Don't go to Fitz Dodge Auto mall! WoW I feel better. Sorry for the rant. Just trying to help save you guys from the same pain.
