I think price is an issue here. As a stage 2 owner, it really isn't worth it for me to spend $215 to help me pass emissions. I can easily swap out the stage 2 parts when the time comes. Now if it was $100 or so, then it maybe worthwhile. New cars purchased in California don't need to be smogged until after the fifth year and once every two years afterwards. In order to make it worthwhile, it either has to be cheap enough for me to install your device instead of swapping parts, or keep my car for a long time to recoup the cost. Now if I had a stage 3 it may be a different story since it entails more work to return the car to stock.
Just my two cents.
