So as you can see this combo is only slightly smaller than stock. Also it is a little skinnier which is a good thing in the snow and ice. So if anyone is interested do a search for 15" rims with a 5x100 pattern and you will see the wheels I'm talking about. They are 55 bucks each. Then do a search for winter tires that measure 195/65 15 and you will see the Hankooks for 55 bucks each. After you add in the valve stems it brings it up to 452 with free mounting balancing and shipping. ENJOY.
I ordered this combo a few months ago and just installed them tonight. The rims do fit and do not hit the caliper (close though ~1.19 mm clearence). The tires feel so different, very jello like (though it's a tall wall winter tire so to be expected); they are also quieter than the stock tires. I got new open ended lug nuts (12 x 1.5 open end tapered seat) just incase the stock bottomed out. The only problem I see is that they are lug centric and it just seems strange since our rims are hub centric; I calle discount tire direct about it and they told me that that is the way the steels are and lug centric is the norm for them.
