So here's a list of sway bar sizes. Stock sway bar sizes, aftermarket sway bar sizes, and a few other specs, and info. that might be helpful.
I'm doing this because it gets a little tiring sifting through 2391832908 posts to find out about different setups, their specs, pro's and con's, etc. I've been doin some reading on all of the sway bar setups. I hope all of the information below is correct. If not....feel free to correct me and I will edit the post. Replies would be nice too....I'm sure there's more info out there.
Please feel free to read through the rest of the thread, there's good feedback and it may answer some questions you have.
2003-2005 SRT-4 Sway Bars:
24mm Front / 17mm Rear
01-04 R/T and 01-02 ACR:
22mm front / 19mm rear
Neon ACR Sway Bars:
24mm Front / 19mm Rear
Mopar Swaybars:
26mm Front / 19mm Rear
* Heavier than stock, and Hotchkis
* A tad on the expensive side
*The rears are, however, 3 way adjustable.
PTGT/ACR a.k.a "WELFARE" Sways:
26mm Front / 19mm Rear
*Seem to be the best bang for the buck. I've come to understand that the PT/ACR setup is the same as the WELFARE setup. Utilizes a PT Cruiser front swaybar and an ACR rear swaybar.
*Part numbers are as follows: Front-5085656AA / Rear- 4656855AA
*Most people seem to agree that ordering these from Mopar Super Center (a supporting vendor) is cheap and easy, and you can also get them from Speed and Power Development
Hotchkis Sways:
29mm Front / 24mm Rear
*According to people's posts/opinions...they seem to reduce more understeer and are
hollow and therefore lighter than its competitors.
*The rear is also 2 way adjustable
*They also come w/endlinks and bushings.
* Seen the following vendors offering these: i61motorsports, titan motorsports (see this post
Welfare sways vs. Hotchkis sways ) and JSC speed.
Progress Sways:
*27mm solid front and 24mm solid adjustable rear and/or 22mm rear
*3 way adjustable rear. (24mm)
*Come with bushings and hardware (heim joints for the rear).
*Seem to be a little heavier.
Perrin Rear Sway Bar:
22mm
*comes with bushings, but not endlinks
*not adjustable.
You should also invest in bushings:
Mopar SS Bushings:
For 26mm Front: Part No. 5272646AA
For 19mm Rear: Part No. 4656946AA
or
Energy Suspension Polyurethane Bushings:
Front: Part No. 9-5110G
Rear: Part No. 9-5106G
*I found them for sale here, at $13.95 the pair:

*Some people, however, say that you can order them from your local NAPA auto parts. That might be more convenient for most people.

The provided URL's redirect to a list of bushings for Jetta/Mazda/Civic. Currently, the only non-available part is the rear frame bushing due to the 19mm rear bar diameter on the ACR. I'm ordering the item anyway (from suspension.com) and going to remove 2mm of material from the hole so it will fit my ACR.
Many auto part stores do carry Energy Susp 9-8119 rear end links and 5.8107 (front end links) as the link stack height is identical on many cars.
