This allows both ports to be filtered, plus allows a vacuum to be pulled at all times. Using the stock in port (throttle body) will not work, because when you boost that port will become positevly pressurized. Be sure to put a nipple over the port and use a good clamp to hold the nipple on. I didn't thin about and mine blew off on a good 2nd gear pull and made my car idle terribly.
The red is T-valve to combine the two lines.

Ok now I know that putting the crankcase breather to port vac. is not a good idea. For one there is no valve there to regulate the flow(as in controling the vac and boost from and to the crankcase) and second it may create more vaccum in the crankcase that may upset the sealing of your piston rings and also your oil seals. Oh and it just messes up the whole emmision design of the PCV. Although when under Vaccum U will sure have Positive Crankcase Ventilation but under boost u will have Positive Crankcase Presurization which may blow a seal or two or if your luck just shoot the dip stick out and spill oil all over your engine bay. Hum just my 2cents
