Fuel pump could be it too...the shop that did mine, instead of putting in the regular with the piece of metal blocking it so pressure is adjustable, didn't touch it. I found this out only months after having to have the E-01 and emanage completely rewired.

okay so you think it could be that thay maybe never put in the alum piece on the stock regulator i will have to check this out.. this week i will drop the tank does anyone know the number of stock pump.. snd the walbor 255 pump..
