well they are not actually 750cc's anymore if you lower the static pressure to 41psi... you need to altleast bring up the pressure to 43 and up with out the hose connected.. if you want to solve the problem of the timing being pulled.. bring up the pressure to about 48-50psi hose off.. and pull fuel from the AFC.. if you have a 1to1 regulator it will bring up the pressure up top to compensate for the fuel you are taking off on the AFC.. you need someone that knows how to tune SRT's any one that knows about this cars know's that adding fuel on the AFC means timing being pulled...
