Default My Baby's Been Bitch-Slapped by a Hyundai

Sadness has filled my heart , some crusty ol' Hyundai entered traffic and into the rear left side of my SRT-4! Had my signal on for 100ft+ and slowed down to turn and then WACKKKK!

Alighnment = fuggggt
Paint = tah'ell
Door = rallied
Idle = totally fricken sckrewwed up (but unrelated to the accident)

I'm not posting for sympathy; I need some extra advice/insight on what may/going to happen to my car. The lady that hit me, after an investigation, doesn't have auto insurance...and my deductable is $1000.00. Does that mean I will have to fork out the $1000.00 even if it is her fault...and kiss stage 2 dreams goodbye?

I've never been in an accident and thought that some of you guys might have some insight into how quickly I can get my car happy again and/or if it is I or the INS company that can/will sue her? for damages?

It drives......sorta................
