Thought i'd tell you that i made a secret bet w/ my buddy before boarding the bus back to donaldsonville:
1) someone would hurl on the way back to the hotel.
i got worried when someone (cant remember who hurled while we waited for the bus. actually 2 people did. if the bus left on time, i'd be 100% correct.
thankfully, i think ebbtide did not let me down, and he hurled (in the bathroom on the bus?).
freaking great. and canadians and midwesterners are some of the most consistently-loud mother-f*ckers on the planet. i couldnt drink fast enough to get to that level, tho

fortunately, i've bored my girl significantly enough that i'll be driving solo next year, and can go all out.
shoulda seen me in the donaldsonville hood at ronnie palmer's. not only do they have the best soul food in the area, they also party as late as possible on fridays, turn off the lights, and lock the doors. no one it...no one out...
