You may have a BOV Leakage.

Getting back to the TPS Problem:

1. Noticed the white sensor plug? That is the TPS Sensor that deals with the electronic throttle body adjustments. The orange one is the ECU connection. The upper black sensor is the IAC. These twio have something related that is the BLACK/BLUE striped 20-gauge wire.

2. (NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART) Taking the jacket apart to look inside the wire harness for that nasty connection, you will find several wires that anyone that is not electronic savy should attempt to correct. I have correct the the problem by cutting the BLACK/BLUE stripe wire and rerouting a BLUE 18-gauge back to the ECU plug. Not only that, I replaced the other two wires with an heavier gauge wire back to the original source.

3. Now alot of folks only talk about what is causing the problem and no one seen where and why this is occurring. Take a close look at the off center right where there is a plastic long cover that splcies those nice little 20-gauge BLACK-BLUE Stripe wires. Now you know why it fails. You only need to cut the source of the TPS BLACK wire and reroute it back to the ECU and splice it there (soldering it then covering with electrical tape or heat jacket).
