S.T.A.R. is an acronym(forgot what it means) but it is for a group of chrysler engineers who take phone calls, look in computer records for reported fixes and troubles around the country, read the FSM back to you, and sometimes sit around with their thumbs up their a$$es. I really don't know, but from a mechanics perspective, all they do is relay info. They don't troubleshoot,, they don't work, they just sit at desks and look things up. I could have reached through the phone when on more than one occasion they just read the FSM back to me when I asked about a problem. I know how to read. Fricken idiots.....
