AHA!!!!, Watson!!!!! (or Hemi) I think I've got it!!!!!!!

What we have here is a failure to communicate!!!!!!!

I don't know jack about the STAR system, but I'm assuming it's a searchable database of problems and solutions. And with any database, 99% of the problems come from bad search terms, or bad linkages.

SO if your guys entered the problem under the sensor category, and my guy is looking it up under the wiring category, that would explain why he can't find it. OR some stuff to that effect.

(rant mode activate) GODDAMN THE DEATH OF TROUBLESHOOTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (rant mode off)

Anyway, could you ask your guy if he minds me calling him? I'm going to ask my guys for more info about the STAR system and then call him and see if I can make the ends meet.
