Ok...called the service manager.
He checked and the when they fixed my car, they did put the problem and fix into the Star Center database.
So...the Star Center has the fixed in the database. So there is no reason they cannot fixed this problem for you.
They fixed the TSP sensor wiring harness by extending the wiring harness and resinserted the wiring.
Service Manager laughed when I told him that your mechanic cannot contact him.
